Tweaks

Now supports iOS 15 (previously iOS 16+).
iOS 15: fixed menu handling that is only available on iOS 16+, and the order of the pop-up banner's menu items.

Initial release: successor to SafariBlocker by P2KDev (replaces SafariBlocker; its settings are carried over).
Blocked pop-ups show a small banner above Safari's toolbar: Allow Once, Always Allow Pop-ups on This Site, or Block Pop-ups Silently (whole site, this page only, or this pop-up link).
Whitelisted domains, blocked domains and blocked URLs can be managed, exported and imported in settings.
